Privacy & your waitlist registration
Last updated: October 8, 2026
What we collect and why
The Small Tools project operator collects your email address, the project you choose, the time you register and your agreement to the waitlist notice. We use them to count interest and contact you about that project. Joining is free and is not a purchase.
Email addresses are not displayed publicly. Public totals count different email registrations per project. We do not verify email ownership at signup. There is no automatic confirmation email.
Storage and access
Registration records are stored in Cloudflare D1 through Cloudflare Pages hosting. The project operator can access them to administer the waitlist. We do not sell your email or add it to unrelated marketing lists. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The owner administration area uses password authentication.
For abuse protection, we may temporarily keep a hashed network identifier with a request counter. Expired counters are removed on later sign-up requests. The hosting providers may also process technical request logs to operate the service.
How long we keep it
We retain registrations while the waitlist is active, up to 12 months from registration, unless you remove your registration earlier. Continuing contact after that requires renewed permission. Removal requests are retained only until processed.
Leave a list
Use the private removal link shown after your first registration for a project. No login is needed. The link removes that registration immediately. Keep it private: anyone holding it can remove your place.
If you lost that link, request removal below. The project operator will review the request and may need to contact you to confirm ownership. Submitting this form does not delete a registration immediately.
